I wanted to get an education at the WW Graduate School because I think that I can learn the most from the way the Graduate School is re-designing teacher education with a practical, competency focused program.

What has been the best part about your time at the WW Graduate School so far?
I love the opportunity to work directly with the students and implement the things I am learning at school in the classroom! And the feedback I am getting from the staff and my learning design coach.

What has been the most challenging thing and how are you working/have worked to overcome it?
It has been challenging to balance clinical time with challenge work—I am working on it by incorporating challenge work in clinical time.

What do you hope to do after you complete your M.Ed. at the WW Graduate School?
I am not exactly sure, but I hope to teach at a high school somewhere, maybe abroad.

Why should others consider the WW Graduate School program?
Others should consider the WW Graduate School because it is a program that meets you at your level and will provide support for exactly what you need to become a good teacher.

How is the program shaping your idea of what it means to be a good teacher?
It is helping shape my idea because I am surrounded by people who can share their expertise and because I can observe and practice good teaching methods in my clinical placement. I am learning that to be a good teacher you need to be constantly evaluating yourself, your teaching practices, and your students and their needs.
